When Karel Chizek first started looking for a home to purchase, he wasn't expecting too much. After all, it was his first home - a "starter" home. But then he found his new condominium at Verdeaux.

"I'm really excited to be moving into such a beautiful place. Honestly, I never thought I'd end up buying something so impressive when I first started house hunting. It's the nicest place I've lived in since going away to college. And I can't wait to have friends over to show it off! I'm definitely going to be living here for quite some time," says Chizek.

Homeowner Thomas Kelati agrees. "After searching the Seattle area for two years, I came across the Verdeaux condominiums. I knew within the first five minutes that I had a winner.
