Step 2: Within 24 hours of making loan application I will give you a call and discuss your pre-approval and financing options.

Step 3: I will need a few pieces of information to get the approval process going. Those items will be:

• Your 2009 tax return and W-2 (last two years for FHA)
• Last two bank statements
• Last two paystubs
• Last asset statement (401K, IRA, Stock, etc)
